On Friday July 3, the SC Waterloo Pro team travelled to take on expansion side Scarborough SC. Waterloo Captain Drazen Vukovic opened the scoring, but Waterloo was unable to hold on to the lead and ultimately fell 2-1 conceding late in the game.
On Sat July 4, the SC Waterloo 2nd division team hosted Niagara United SC and won 4-2. Thomas Ang gave Waterloo the lead within the first two minutes, but Niagara came back to make it 2-1 for the visitors. Aleksandar Stojiljkovic scored two and Mladen Zeljkovic scored one to win the game.
Next weekend both SC Waterloo teams host Milton SC.
